TAM Metal is an ISO-9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 Certified facility. Our Quality Control Program represents the key component in the consistent manufacture of products of the highest integrity.

Skilled technicians, using certified measuring/testing equipment in atmospherically controlled inspection areas, ensure the highest degree of accuracy. To meet our goal of preventing defects, TAM emphasizes In-Process Inspection and the use of "Statistical Process Control" (SPC) where applicable.

Our Layout/Engineering Department is equipped with the Pro Engineer Solid Model Cad/Cam System, Wildfire version, Gibbs Cam 2007, Powerstation Cad/Cam and AutoCad on three workstations, with Metalsoft Cad/Cam System on additional workstations. Using our modem and DXF or IGES translators we can transmit and receive drawings via e-mail for your convenience. We are using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for transmitting and receiving a variety of customer correspondence as well as Bar Coding.
